Our very large house near Parsons Green has a wonderful atmosphere which is ideal for anyone aged between 18-30 starting off in London or for someone looking for a pied-a-terre in a friendly home.

 

This is an ideal first step in London. 

 

We are located between the Fulham Road and New Kings Road, 4 minutes walk to Putney Bridge tube station and 7 minutes walk to Parsons Green (both on the Wimbledon-bound District Line) with all its restaurants, bars and boutiques.

 

Hurlingham Park is also within 200 metres of the house as is Bishop's Park with it's tennis courts, the historical Fulham Palace, and Thames riverside walks. We are also well served with buses to Piccadilly and it is a 15 min bike ride to Sloane Square, rental bikes are on the street.

 

We are lucky to have lots of space over six floors with room for our children (aged late twenties) as well as spare rooms for lovely housemates.

 

The entire house has just been redecorated throughout. We have very fast wifi. Video tours of the house are easily organised.

The price includes all bills and tax and the cleaning of communal places such as bathrooms and kitchens. We have a lovely housekeeper who comes in every day which helps keep the shared cleaning responsibilities to a minimum!

 

We are a very sociable house but everyone has their own personal space within their own large bedrooms, perfect for independent people who want a clean, safe and friendly space to come home to.

 

You get young people to socialise with and a cosy family feel in the house with a Labrador and a kitten.
