Q. What space is shared?

A. The kitchen and bathrooms are shared.

Q. How much are the rooms?

A. £1100-£1500 per month, on a monthly rolling basis, with one month's notice on either side. This price includes all bills.

Q. Could the price increase during my lodger agreement period?

A. The energy component of the cost of the room could increase, predicated on world energy markets and inflation. This would, of course, be subject to a month's notice.

Q. How old are the flatmates?

A. Flatmates are between 18 and 32 at the moment.

Q. Can there be more than one person per room?

A. No, one person per room only.

​

Q. Will I need to queue for the bathroom?!

A. We have more than enough bathrooms- only two people ever share!

Q. Can I have people round?

A. Yes but you have to ask on our WhatsApp group first. We welcome close friends coming to stay in your room, but because it is such a shared house we can't have people dropping in casually.

Q. Is this a smoking household?

A. Non-smokers only.

Q. What space do I get in the kitchen?

A. You get a shelf in the fridge and small space in the freezer and a shelf in the cupboards. You don't need to bring any kitchen supplies, there is everything here!

Q. Will the dog get in my way?

A. Dilly our labrador stays on the ground floor.
