I stayed with Tinamay during the summer of 2022. She is a great landlady who goes above and beyond to create a lovely social atmosphere in the house and to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. The house and the rooms are excellent, with great amenities, easy access to public transport, shops and parks, and even added bonuses like communal tennis racquets/balls available for us. Tinamay also regularly throws great parties which are a great way to meet current and former flatmates. I loved living there and couldn't recommend Tinamay as a landlady more highly.

Like many, I had my apprehensions when it came to having a live-in landlady, but after spending a year at FPG, I can confidently say that it was a pleasure having Tinamay in the house. She's attentive, friendly, funny and very understanding of challenging circumstances. The house is kept in immaculate condition, and the bathrooms are to die for. Additionally theres a monthly barbecue in the garden which is a treat. I sincerely enjoyed my time in the house, and leave with a heavy heart.
